DESCRIPTION

The project involves the construction of a guesthouse for students and professors of the Academy of visual arts designe Abadir, to be built in the garden of citrus on the back of the old millstone and former winer.

Not to change the view from the existing buildings and garden of citrus, thought is not edify height but in depth; following the path predicted by Plan, outlined the shape of the two courts that, through a stairs, allow the acces to 8 rooms.

Therefore, most of the citrus trees are been retained, in fact the coverage of the rooms is characterized by a roof garden, in which it has been possible replanting trees removed as a result of the excavation for the construction of the rooms themselves.

The facades of the rooms, where are the windows are inclined, as they are exposed to the east and west, permetteno, therefore, a greater amount of hours and possible light, enabling the activities of a student or a teacher.
